Homemade pizza, Subs and Salads

 
  I have been to Pegtown Station many times for both breakfast and for Pizza/subs.   I might be a little prejudice since I was the previous owner, but the food is fantastic.    Since they bought the business Dave and Mary have added a full service breakfast that is reasonable priced and delicious.     My normal breakfast is the Little Engine $5.50(2 eggs,meat, toast and hashbrowns).   They have a number of House Specialties, a Southwestern Burrito, Eggs Benedict and Corned Beef Hash along with the breakfast standards such as Omelet's, pancakes, French toast and Belgian waffles.

    The Pizza dough and sub buns are still made fresh daily.   The pizza is a New York Style, hearth baked, the kind with the corneal on the bottom.   I love all styles of pizza but this has to be my favorite, it really is a must try.    The subs are huge and will fill that large appetite and with 19 different subs to chose from, everyone will find something they like.......I highly recommend the Deli Sub.

    For though's of you that crave a salad, they have 9 different salads from a simple Garden salad to a Greek salad and many in between including a Taco, Italian and a chicken salad.

    Breakfast is full service, however lunch and dinner is self-serve.   Call ahead for take-out or stop in for a bite to eat.    Reservations are not needed or excepted.   They except cash or credit cards.   They are closed on Mondays except July/August.
